- Submitting a booking request through our website
Your booking is confirmed after we agree on:
- Date
- Number of guests
- Tour details
Payment Policy (Book Now, Pay Later)
We offer a flexible booking system:
- No prepayment required in most cases
- Payment is made on arrival or as agreed
- Custom or high-demand tours may require partial deposit
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour date.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may be subject to a fee depending on arrangements made.
No Show
Failure to show up without notice may result in full charge of any pre-arranged services.
